Q: What is an Errands & To-Do's Service?
A: An Errands & To-Do's service is a company that is designed to assist you with your daily tasks, allowing more time for other things.

Q: How do I get started with your services?
A: That’s easy, contact us for an “Errands & To-Do's” profile. At that time we will determine how we can best be of benefit for you.

Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: Our Errands & To-Do's service are based on an hourly rate.  All errand services have at least a one hour minimum charge.  This does not include cost of purchases.

Q: What is the minimum time we can hire you for?
A: We have a minimum of a one hour charge on our services and then we bill every 10 minutes thereafter, so you can hire us for any length of time you require.  You can combine services so that you are only charged the hourly rate no matter how many services we do for you in that hour.

Q: What geography do you cover?
A: We provide service for Oroville, California and the Greater Area.  Please contact us for details.  

Q: Can you do same-day requests?
A: Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What if a service I require is not listed?
A: Just ask! We will do what we can to assist you. Requests for service which are illegal and/or unethical will not be granted.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Mon – Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sundays.
